For the work between coaching sessions.
Acariya gives executives a place to keep thinking, noticing, and practicing even when a coach isn't in the room.
An hour with a coach is short. In between is when most of the actual change has to happen, usually without much to lean on. Acariya establishes a rhythm and a space to do the hard work.
Five practices
What’s inside the app.
Acariya is organized around five practices. Each one is small on its own. Together they add up to a working relationship with yourself.
01 — Center
A daily anchor
Each day, Acariya offers a single prompt drawn from an insight tradition. It's something to sit with for a minute or two before the day takes over.
The best way to make progress is consistently. On busy days, just a few minutes of intentional practice will support you… enough to make a difference, not enough to feel overwhelming.

The Center tab. With a question to reflect on inspired by the night sky and easy access to the practices that comprise Acariya. 02 — Orient
Greater self-understanding
Acariya includes a set of personality assessments grounded in established psychometric research. Use them to see your inner world from outside.
The app shows you where you are but it can’t tell you what that means. That conversation is for you and your coach.
03 — Navigate
The forces around you
Most of an executive’s work happens through other people. Acariya gives you different ways to look at how those people relate to you. Whether you are trying to understand how the Board will take a bold proposal or why a project is struggling, getting things down on paper (or a screen, in this case!) helps.
Over a few months, patterns surface that you wouldn't see week to week. And once you see them, you can take action to address them.
04 — Act
Practical behavior change
Real change rarely moves in a straight line. Understand what is preventing you achieving your goals, and take action—one step at a time—to overcome those barriers and figure out what you need to progress.
Keep track of what is getting in your way and what comes next… because it’s hard to contemplate eating an elephant when you’re standing too close.
05 — Reflect
An invitation to grow
Research has shown repeatedly that journaling is a powerful catalyst for change, but it’s hard to get started. Acariya’s journaling feature helps you focus your writing so that you aren’t just staring at a blank page.
The point isn’t to find lots of time to write more. The point is to make sure that the time you have supports your growth.
What’s it like?
On leadership
Explore your relationship to leadership. You can answer honestly… no one but you needs to see the answers until you are ready to share.
How well does this describe you, day-to-day?

With your coach
Supporting your growth
Although Acariya is designed to support you between sessions without asking you to share anything with your coach, the app also supports sharing your practices with your coach.
Enter your session primed by your practice between session, and use the work as a jumping off point to dig deeper and move farther.
Personal growth doesn't move in a straight line. Acariya helps you ensure that every spiral moves you upwards, not downwards.
